Stir Fried Kangkong


Water spinach is a very common vegetable in the Philippines, it is available all year round, and it is one of the important vegetables for sinigang, kangkong for tagalog and tangkong for Visayan. Whatever you call this vegetable, one thing is for sure, this is delicious no matter how you will cook it. I like stir fried kangkong and this is what I will share today, here is my way of stir frying it.

Ingredients:
200 grams water Spinach ( kangkong)
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Ready to be cooked swamp cabbage

Procedure:
1. Heat some oil then put the garlic when it is already brownish increase the heat then add the water spinach, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Stir fry it  until done, then serve it hot.
