1 kilo pork chop
1 cup bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic crushed
3 tablespoons lemon or calamansi Juice
1. Put the water, pork chop, garlic, onion and salt and pepper in the pot and boil it until the pork chops are tender.
2. Remove from water, then sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper then dip in the beaten egg then roll over the bread crumbs.

3. Deep fry until golden brown.
4. Serve it hot.
Note: I fried this in high heat to golden brown it quickly, since it's pre-cooked so no need to worry if the middle part of it is well done or not.
