I love spinach because it is full of nutrients and delicious. I need vitamin K also which is found in this vegetable and from my research I found out that nutritional value of cooked spinach is 3 times higher than raw, because there are nutrients from spinach that can not be absorbed by our body if it is raw. 2 bunches of Spinach.
1/4 kilo shrimps
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1.Saute the garlic and onion, add the shrimps then simmer for a minute then add the soy sauce.
2. Increase the heat for stir frying, add the spinach and stir fry until done, add salt and pepper to taste then turn off the heat.
3. Serve it with a smile.
