1/2 kilo pork (sliced into bite size)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon or calamansi juice
2 tablespoons chili sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger extract
2 pinches of cumin (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Saute the garlic until golden brown then put the pork and braise for 5 minutes or until the pinkish color is gone.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients, and simmer over medium heat until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Continue simmering until done.
