Creamy Pininyahang Manok



I always love Pininyahang manok, but I do not cook it this way, until I met an expert in cooking and he shared me his secret in cooking delicious and creamy pineapple chicken, here is how he prepared this dish.

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken
2 cups fresh pineapple juice
2 cups fresh pineapple  chunks
1 cup nestle cream
1 carrot
1 onion
1 teaspoon ginger strips
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1.Saute the garlic, ginger and onion then put the chicken and simmer for few minutes.

2. Add the pineapple juice and cover for 15 minutes over medium heat, allowing the juice to infused with the chicken.
3. Stirring well, add the pineapple, carrots and salt then simmer until done.


4. Add the cream and simmer for 1 minute then turn off the heat.
5. Serve it hot with rice.



Note: Add water if necessary
