1/2 kilo okra (sliced into halves)
1 can tuna
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
some chili (optional)
1. Boil the okra until half cooked, then drain and set aside.
2. Saute the garlic then add the canned tuna and simmer for a minute.
3. Add the okra and the rest of the ingredients then simmer until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.
