This is the firs juice that I took today. It has a strong flavor but what encourages me to drink it are the health benefits that we can get. From what I have read about the celery juice it says that "the minerals and vitamins and nutrients are in perfect harmony with each other. For celery juice we need some celery and juicer.
Wash the celery well then put in a juicer to extract the juice until you obtain a glass of it.
Drink it :-).
