Stir Fried Bok choy

Bok Choy is a very quick cooking vegetable specially if you stir fry it.

1/2 kilo bok choy or petsay
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
8 cloves garlic ( crushed)

1. Saute the garlic until brownish then add the bok choy.
2. Increase the heat for stir frying until done
3. Decrease the heat then add the oyster sauce let simmer for a minute.
4. Serve it hot.
