Ingredients:Romaine lettuce ( can be replaced with Chinese cabbage)
slices of tomatoes
Procedure:1. Cut the lettuce into halves, vertically .
3. Crushed the cashew nuts.
7. When you finish the lettuce rolls insert slice tomatoes then top it with crush cashew nuts and garlic, then serve with a smile :-).
Note: For the dressing I combined, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
