Miki Gisado

Mmmmmmm just like pansit canton this is also delicious and one of my favorite pansit dishes. Easy to cook noodles and goes well with chicken, pork, beef and seafood. When I cooked this one I only have few ingredients because I do not have a plan to cook it, so its just random and I just used what is available in the refrigerator that I can put in miki. So here is my simple dish of gisadong pansit miki.

200 grams miki noodles
200 grams pork
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup sliced parsley
1/2 cup water
1 onion
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
salt to taste

1. Saute the garlic and onion.
2. Add the pork and saute until brownish then add the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
3.  Add the water and let it boil then let it simmer for 2 minutes then add the miki noodle.
4. Stir very well to blend with the soy sauce and pork flavor.
5. Turn off the heat when it is cooked and serve it hot.

  1. Pansit! Pansit! Anybody wants pansit? Me! Me! Me! hehe

  2. Bunso here is your plate of pansit.

  3. Hello I'm basically living in England but I can't see any miki noodless, it will be nice if I try other product or not? Thanksss
