Personally, I like Tilapia a lot, soft and nice to eat. I noticed that Tilapia retained its name where ever I go. When I was in Thailand they called it Tilapia, here in South America they also called it Tilapia :-). There are lots of ways in cooking Tilapia but I like fried Tilapia the most. Procedure:1. Rub the lime and salt on the fish then set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the oil for deep frying, when it is already very hot, put the fish.
3. Wait until the fish turns to golden brown, when it is done, remove from the oil.
4. Serve it hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
