I cooked this for my friend's lunch, I am grilling fish for myself when she arrived so I invited her to eat lunch with me. Simple but nice food partnered with vegetable salad which both of us enjoyed.
Ingredients:1 pork chop
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon lime juice or calamansi juice
dash of pepper
Procedure:1. Marinate the pork chop with soy sauce, lime juice and pepper.
2. Then grill it , brush with marinating sauce every now and then until the cooking is done.
