Chilli Cookies

Chilli Cookies! Strange? Maybe to some of you it's strange because that's my first thought of it, but actually when you eat it, it is amazingly yummy because the butter and sugar neutralized the chilli flavor. Try this recipe and see it for yourself.

2 cups flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup butter ( melted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon  chilli  powder
2 chopped cayenne pepper (siling haba) for toppings

1. Sift all the dry ingredients except for the chopped chilli.
2. Combine the dry ingredients and butter, then mix well using your hands.
3. Continue mixing until you form a ball of dough, then spoon a portion and top it with chopped chilli, then arrange in a greased baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celcius then bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until done.
