Ingredients:1/2 kilo chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup Sprite
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn (pamintang buo)
6 cloves garlic
salt to taste
Procedure:1. Saute the garlic then add the chicken and saute until brownish
2. Put the peppercorn, soy sauce and vinegar and bring to boil , then let it simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat stirring once in a while.
3. Add the Sprite then simmer and add salt to taste, when the adobo is almost dry ( or depends how much sauce you want in it.) Turn off the heat
4. Serve it hot.
