Chocolate Leche Flan

This is very creamy and yummy that you will ask for more once you've tasted it. Make some for the whole family and have a good time together.

Ingredients:
1 can  condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
5 egg yolks
5 tablespoons chocolate powder ( better use a dark chocolate powder and good brand)
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water

Procedure:
 1 . In the mold put the sugar and melt it over medium heat then add the water and simmer for a minute then mix well to make a syrup, set aside.
 2  In a blender puree the condensed milk, chocolate, evaporated milk and yolks.
 3 .Pour in the mold with the syrup and steam for 60 minutes or until cooked..
4. Refrigerate for few hours before serving.

    1. Kapag nablender na, ilagay sa molder na kung saan mo nilusaw ang asukal tapos isteam mo hanggang maluto.

    1. maaring 4 po ung oval shape, yan kasi isang malaking circle shape lang gamit ko, kaya pasensya na po.

  12. kung may oven ka pwede mo sya steam doon una lagyan mo ng tubig ang baking pan na mas malaki sa molder para magkasya din ilagay mo lang ang ang molder na may leche flan, then takpan mo ng foil sa ibabaw, kung wala namang oven sa caldero na lang kung lagyan mo ng tubig then kung may patungan ka ng caldero n alang lagyan mo nag ng patungan at make sure na di papasukin ng molder pagkumulo make sure di aapawan

  14. Hi, just want to ask if hershey syrup ok to use? and ask ko na din po if I use dark chocolate flavor of swissmiss will it not taste bitter cause I love milk chocolate flavor.ty

  15. yes its ok, just mix until you reach your desired brightness of the color for the chocolate leche flan, Health wise its ok to use that dark chocolate, flavor will be fine.
