Spaghetti with meatballs

Spaghetti is a symbol of Italian cuisine, usually serve with tomato sauce and other spices. Spaghetti with meatballs is one of the most loved recipe of spaghetti specially to those who love a meaty treat. Here is my style of it.


1/2 kilo spaghetti ( cooked according to its packaging procedure)
1/2 kilo ground beef  mix with 3 tablespoons flour( form into balls)
2 packs tomato sauce ( 250g)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
grated cheese for toppings (optional)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 cloves garlic
1 small size onion
1/4 kilo hotdog

1. Saute garlic and onion
2. Add the meatballs, soy sauce and tomato sauce, let it simmer for few minutes
3. Add the sugar and hotdog, mix it well and simmer again for another few minutes.
4.  Add the milk and simmer it for few seconds and it's done.

You can also fry the meatballs before putting it in the sauce.
You can top it also with grated cheese.
