Ingredients:1/2 kilo fish
1/2 cup vinegar
half of an onion
thumb size ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:1. In a pot put all the ingredients and let it boil.
2. If the taste of the vinegar is so strong, you can add a little water.
3. Simmer for few minutes until it is cook.
4. Serve it with some chili on top.
