Ingredients:1/2 kilo pork
1 carrot ( sliced)
1 small onion ( quartered)
1/4 kilo Chinese cabbage or bok choy
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper
5 cups water
salt to taste
Procedure:1. In a pot put the meat, water, black pepper and onion.
2. Let it boil and stirring occasionally, just add water if necessary
3. If the meat is already tender add the carrots let it simmer for 3 minutes
4. Add the Chinese cabbage and cayenne or jalapeno chili peppers
5. Dash some salt to taste. Serve it with rice.
